Panic Attack Toolkit
Coming SoonHelp for the hardest minute
Health & WellnessAbout
A free web app for getting through a panic attack. Three guided relief flows — breathing, grounding, and anchoring — start within two taps and five seconds, with no account required. Build a safety plan you can read mid-attack, log episodes in under 30 seconds, and watch the fear lose its grip as your own patterns emerge.
Features
One-Tap Relief Flows
Breathing, grounding, and anchoring flows active within two taps and five seconds — no account, no setup
Guided Breathing Pacer
Box breathing, 4-7-8, the physiological sigh, or a "just breathe" default — paced visually so you never count alone
Read-Aloud Grounding
The 5-4-3-2-1 technique, one sense per step, self-paced — designed to be read aloud by someone helping you
Safety Plan at a Glance
Five sections in large, calm type — warning signs, what helps, three contacts, medications, and a note to yourself
30-Second Episode Log
An explicit 1-10 intensity, quick picks for triggers and what helped, and a history that proves attacks end
Pattern Insights
Your most common triggers, time-of-day trends, and technique correlations — computed from your own history, stated with honest uncertainty
Works Offline and at Any Zoom
Relief flows run entirely in your browser, stay readable at 150% zoom, and honor reduced-motion settings
Free Where It Matters
Every relief flow, the safety plan, the episode log, and data export are free — paid tiers add structure and insight, never relief
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Panic Attack Toolkit free?
Yes. Every relief flow, the safety plan, the episode log, the technique library, and data export are completely free. The free tier fully solves the core problem — getting through the attack. Optional Plus and Pro tiers add reminders, ad removal, and pattern insights.
Do I need an account?
No. Relief never requires an account — open the app, tap a card, and you are inside a guided flow within seconds. An account only adds the parts that remember things between visits, like your safety plan and episode history.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. Panic Attack Toolkit is a self-help tool based on techniques used in clinical practice. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number — the app shows this guidance on its relief screens.
Does it work offline?
Yes, for relief. The flows run entirely in your browser — after your first visit they work with no network at all, even mid-flow. The plan, log, and insights need a connection and show clear retry states when one isn't available.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your plan and history are stored server-side under your account and visible only to you. Signed out, nothing about you is stored at all. You can turn analytics off in Settings, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
