Nadia — Chaotic Creative (Free → Plus)
Tier: Free → Plus upgrade | Platform: iOS | Stage: Upgrading
Background
Nadia is a freelance graphic designer in her late 20s who works from home and has completely lost the boundary between work time and wind-down time. Some nights she's in bed by 10; others she's designing until 1 AM. She's spontaneous and creative, and her sleep schedule reflects it. She's frustrated that the 7-day trend charts aren't showing enough history to spot her patterns.
Goals
- Understand why her sleep quality varies so dramatically from night to night
- See enough trend history to identify what's actually driving the chaos
- Fix the "stop screens" step in her routine that she keeps skipping
Upgrade Journey
After 10 days on the Free tier, Nadia taps the locked "30-day trends" button on the trend chart screen. The paywall explains that 30-day view is a Plus feature. She realizes she needs the extended history to understand her erratic patterns — 10 days isn't enough to see anything meaningful. She subscribes to Plus, and the 30-day chart loads immediately with her full history.
Current State (Free Tier)
Nadia has 11 sleep logs with bedtimes ranging from 9:45 PM to 1:30 AM, average quality 2.9/5. She's on the "Wind Down" template but has only completed it 4 of 10 days — consistently skipping the "stop screens" step. Banner ads are visible on her Home screen and sleep log history.
Tier Rationale
The 30-day trend view is what tips Nadia into Plus. Without it she can see she has a problem but can't diagnose it. The extended history is the product's value proposition for erratic-schedule users.
