Set a Weekly Focus Bias

Darnell, a former debate coach turned corporate trainer, treats self-improvement like a competitive sport. He wants to set Attribution Error as his weekly focus to sharpen his awareness in team settings.

Steps

  1. Open the Library and find the bias you want to focus on (or tap a recommendation from your quiz results)
  2. Tap "Set as Weekly Focus" on the bias detail screen
  3. Confirm your selection — the bias now appears on your Home screen as your active focus
  4. Watch for it throughout the week — the app sends gentle reminders (Premium) to stay mindful

What to Expect

Your Home screen updates to show your active focus bias with a brief reminder of what to watch for. The app tailors exercise and journal suggestions to your focus. At the end of the week, you can review what you noticed and set a new focus.

Tips

  • Choose a bias relevant to your current life situation — work biases for busy weeks, social biases during gatherings
  • Your focus history is tracked, so you can see which biases you've studied over time
  • Change your focus anytime from the Library if something more relevant comes up
