Take the Bias Awareness Quiz
Maya, a meticulous planner who tracks everything in spreadsheets, wants to understand her own cognitive blind spots. The bias awareness quiz gives her a baseline score and personalized recommendations.
Steps
- Open Anti-Bias Trainer after installing it — no account is needed to start
- Read the disclaimer explaining how the app approaches bias awareness
- Tap "Take the Quiz" on the welcome screen
- Answer each question honestly — the quiz covers four bias categories: Decision-Making, Social, Memory, and Perception
- Review your results — you'll see an overall score, a breakdown by category, and your weakest areas highlighted
- Browse recommended biases — the app suggests biases to explore based on your lowest-scoring categories
What to Expect
The quiz takes about 4 minutes. Your results show where your awareness is strongest and where you have room to grow. For example, you might score well on Memory biases but discover a blind spot in Decision-Making.
