Upgrade from Anonymous to a Full Account

Brendan, a newly promoted team lead, has been using the app anonymously — he took the quiz and set a focus bias. Now he wants to save his progress and sync across devices by linking a Google account.

Steps​

  1. Open Anti-Bias Trainer and tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
  2. Tap "Sign In" or "Link Account" — you'll see options for Google and Apple
  3. Choose Google (or Apple) and complete the sign-in flow
  4. Confirm data migration — the app will ask if you want to keep your anonymous session data (quiz results, focus history)
  5. Tap "Keep My Data" — all your anonymous progress transfers to your new account

What to Expect​

The upgrade takes about a minute. All your existing data — quiz scores, focus selections, and any journal drafts — is preserved. You now have a persistent account that syncs across devices.
