How to See Your Trigger Patterns

Who this is for: Pro members with at least five logged episodes who want their own patterns instead of generic advice.

Amara is data-curious and precise. Her frustration was guessing which techniques actually help her. Insights answers with her own data — computed from her logged history only, stated with appropriate uncertainty, never with diagnostic language.

Steps

  1. Open the Insights page. You need an active Pro subscription and at least five logged episodes — the minimum-data gate exists so the patterns are real ones.

  2. Read your most common triggers. The view shows which triggers appear most often across your episodes, stated with honest uncertainty — "appears in 4 of your last 6 episodes," not "you always."

  3. Look at your time-of-day trend. When your attacks cluster — mornings, late afternoons, 3 a.m. — shown from your own logged times.

  4. Check which techniques correlate with better outcomes for you. Which flows you used and how your episodes resolved, correlated over your history.

Expected Outcome

Insights render from a server-side analysis of your own data. No diagnostic or clinical language, no cross-user benchmarking — your patterns, your data, stated carefully.

Notes

  • Fewer than five episodes? The gate explains itself. Insights shows the minimum calmly and your progress toward it — "2 more episodes and your patterns unlock." Never an error, never an empty graph, never pressure copy.
  • Uncertainty is a feature. Findings are framed as patterns in your data, not verdicts about you. The app will not state certainties your data doesn't support.
  • Your data stays yours. Insights are computed from your own RLS-scoped history — never compared against other users.
  • The monthly summary goes wider. See reading your monthly summary for the month-scale view.
